I am sure it's the 2004P-1DO-013. Also I'm not sure about this 1982 D with what I think is a Grease filled die with very thin letter's to the north only in GOD. Also a 1982 P with another Grease filled letter In the E only in WE. Are my assesment's correct?

1982 D GOD

1982 P E

The 1982 appears to be an overpolished die. Grease filling would not make the letters thinner, it would just make then disappear. The overpolishing takes away height (relief) by raising the field of the die up to the higher relief of the letters. Since the letters are beveled (thinner the higher up you go), they become narrower as you raise the field.

Imagine it like an island with a hill in the middle. If a flood comes around, the size of the island looking at it from the top will shrink as the water level rises. Same thing here.
