I found a 1969-S Proof Set with the QUARTER DDO on LIBERTY,INGWT. Would like to know if this was ever discovered or any kind of value on it.

The CONECA master listings included a couple of 1969-S DDs. Here is the link...

I don't have the CPG - but one of them is listed with an FS number. So if you can get your hands on a Cherry Pickers' Guide, you can see if you have the one that is listed and get a general price range for the variety. Can you post photos?
