This looks like it. The separation lines are a little faint from circulation, but it has most of the markers. Let me know what you think.

I'm not sure but I think it may be die-4.
(similar but not as strong as die-3)

Look for the die-4 markers column cracks) from Conecas listing. Another marker for die-4 is a die scratch from U to M of unum.
