I started to put this coin back into the pile. I noticed the eyelid with the scratch above it. I am still unsure as to the motto being MD. Any info would help.

I think you would still see something in the top of the R if it was 1DO-001 but it looks clear.

Ed, does the motto look like DDD? I can't tell for sure. It is a toss-up between MD, and DDD, here.
On liberty, It sure looks lika a very wide vertical bars on all the letters except the "L". I don't think I would toss it just yet.

Out of all the 35P you posted I thought the one you were going to send Bob had the chance of being 1DO-001.
Let us know the result if you get it.

I have yet to finish all the rolls of 35. I still have 4 left to search. I will let you know when I do get the results back from Bob. I have insereted a picture of a R that I think you are talking about ED. This is a different coin from the others. Thanks.
