Thanks again to Coppercoins for the ability to match up this DDO to the one pictured on the site. What a great resource.

Rollmeupabe, It is a coincidence, that we both are looking at '37, and'55's. I just got 5 rolls of wheats, and a very good cross-section of teens, 20', and 3'30's. There were several 40's, and 50's, but not the heavy comncentration one usuallty receives. I liked them so well that I re-ordwered 10 more rolls. I might also say , this it the firse rolls that I have gotten, where I also was able to plug in a few into my folders. 95% of these oriors did not do that! I did not find any yet, that should be given a second glamce, except the '36's. There are two, at least "peg-leged "R"'s, also. I don't look for thickend letters, due to my vision, ubnless they are very noticable. I should post more of them, and ask, but folks have enough to do, just trying to attribute their own.
Dick

The CC website is a fantastic resource. Sometimes due to wear and tear or other factors like the die state the shape of a DDO or RPM does not look exactly like the one pictured on the site but as soon as you can find the markers you can then nail down the variety you have.

Wow...this is a very subtle but I do see what you mean. I wonder how many doubled dies I've overlooked simply because I don't look hard enough? By comparison, die varieties on my main interest--Indian Head cents--are quite dramatic.

Wow.. I would have completely missed that one had I come across it. I still couldn't tell where the doubling was until I found the listing here on the site. Good eyes!
