The description on coppercoins for DDO # 3 says it is clockwise which this one is. Not the prettiest coin but always a thrill to find something while searching. I found some other 1941P DDOs that I can not identify yet. I'll post some pictures for help tomorrow.

I just found a similar coin and am having trouble attributing it. Coneca's website is not working for me. A clockwise spead on IGW.

As far as I know, the only 1941P DDO that shows in the motto and has a CW spread is DDO #3. Believe it or not, I do not have that one. There is also the possibility that you may have a new variety. Since I have not seen that one before, that's about all I can offer.
