Numerous NE-SW minor die scratches in the field next to the O of ONE. A SW-NE die scratch from the bottom of the C in CENT. Reverse is MDS

Doubling is almost not discernible and confined to IB and the 3. Die crack on lower should has spread across toward the rim; gouge above GOD WE remains but is weaker; diagonal die scratches throughput the fields surrounding the face going through the 193 of the date. LMDS
