A pattern of NW-SE die scratches can be seen running through the first A of AMERICA. Another die scratch runs from the top of the M to the top of the E in AMERICA.

A very nice repunched mintmark, and a bonus that it's on a one-year type (steel cent). This variety shows a very clear and distinct secondary mintmark spread half a mintmark distance to the southwest. Old FS-19.0
