Two small die gouges show inside the folds of the coat just above the truncation of the bust. Short but deep die gouges show on the left side of the G and D of GOD. Reverse
A short die gouge shows inside the right wheat stalk northeast of the last S of STATES. A die dent shows as a small raised area to the lower tight of the I of PLURIBUS. Reverse is MDS.

A widely spread eyelid shows to the southeast, and an additional eyelid shows very closely spread to the south from the primary eyelid. Doubling also shows inside the upper part of the 9 of the date.
