Die scratches run north from the date and in front of the face. One particularly heavy die scratch runs toward the chin from the top of the 1. Some light die scratches run north from the TY of LIBERTY, the longest of which runs between the TY. Reverse
A scattering of fresh die scratches show on the reverse. Most run in a SE-NW direction and are located generally in the right half of the design.

A nice extra lower serif shows on this repunched mintmark along with a third serif barely sticking out of the bottom of the primary mintmark. The upper serif is also slightly doubled.
