Diagonal, somewhat circular die scratches are seen through the eye, forehead & upper nose area. Strong scratch from the lower 1 toward the 9 (which might be on a working hub); a few small gouges between the 9 & 5; light die crack on forehead; small die gouge below the nose. Curved die scratch/gouge along the lower coat folds. MDS Reverse
Several diagonal die scratches through the upper left wheat into E and the first dot; strong die scratch coming from the E in STATES going W-SW.
