Obverse
Die breaks on 195 in date. Die gouge in the field west of shoulder. Die crack coming from behind ear up into hair. Small die dot near rim in field above date. Reverse is MDS.
Reverse
Small die gouge on O in ONE. ESE die scratches from E in ONE toward right wheat. ESE die scratches through BUS in PLURIBUS. Crossing die scratches through STATES. ESE die scratches through UNITED. Die dot between O and F.

Die chips in upper loop of 9 and cracked die begins to fill lower loop of 5 in date. Die crack on head extends through WE to rim, two small die gouges to back of shoulder, die crack extending up Lincolns coat. Reverse
Long die scratch to left of O of ONE and C of CENT. Die polish marks through UNIT of UNITED and lesser to lower ICA of AMERICA and right wheat stalk.
