Numerous die scratches show all over the obverse to include a pattern of concentric die scratches all over the throat, neck, and face. Reverse is MDS Reverse
Many short die scratches show in EPU. A heavy die gouge shows to the right of the last A of AMERICA. A pair of N/S dies scratches shows on the T of CENT. SSW die scratch from N in CENT through first S in STATES and M in AMERICA.
