Die scratches run SW-NE through the field north of the date. A few heavier die scratches make a criss-cross pattern n front of the mouth. A heavy die dot shows to the left of the 1 of the date. Reverse is LDS.
Reverse
A short die gouge shows along the inner border of the right wheat north of the last S of STATES. A heavy angled die scratch shows inside the upper extreme of the N of CENT. Other small die scratches show in the N of ONE.
