Old die scratch runs SW from the bottom of the 9 of the date. A SW die scratch between the lower I and B of LIBERTY. A concentric die scratch runs parallel with the rim under the last T in TRUST. A die crack on the cheek to the SE of the ear lobe. SE die scratches from beard. Reverse is MDS. Reverse
A die crack shows on the left wheat ear. A small die gouge in M of UNUM. Small die break on T in CENT. Die break on N in UNITED.

Very similar in appearance and location to 1956D-1MM-013, this repunched mint mark shows notching on both serifs and is in a slightly different location than 1MM-013.
