Die cracks are prevalent in the hair, above the ear, on the forehead, on the brow and on the upper cheek. Light die scratches run south from the eyelid. Reverse
A die crack and chip show on the lower verticle bar of the T in CENT. Long die scratches run N-S through the C of CENT to the N of UNITED, from the N of CENT to the E of AMERICA, and from the E of CENT to the first A of AMERICA. Many shorter N-S die scratches throughout the reverse. Revertse is LDS.
