Die scratches around date flowing north. Die break above VDB to field next to rim with a die chip above B. Older faded die scratches from R & U of TRUST with several remaining die scratches inside of the U. A die scratch protrudes north from brow.
Reverse
Die chips on column # 12. Circular die scratches on left half of the Memorial. Scratches can be seen in the fields, bays and details on the cornice and upper base clear up to the steps. Reverse is MDS.
