A strong die scratch runs NW-SE on top of the 9 in the date, with another scratch running parallel to the tail of the 9. Light NW-SE die scratches on the entire obverse, including the head to the west of the eye. A stronger die scratch can be seen below the TR of TRUST, and another protruding from the bottom of the right leg of the R in TRUST. Reverse
Heavy die scratches run NW-SE above the URI of PLURIBUS. A light die crack runs south from the right cornice into the top of the 12th column. Reverse is MDS.
