Light die gouges show in the AM of AMERICA. Light to moderate E-W die scratches show through the CE of CENT. Reverse is EDS.

Die scratches run NE-SW through LIBERTY and through Nose. diagonal scratches through IN GOD N-S die scratches show around the date. . Reverse
Die scratches run N-S through the left half of the design. Light circular die scratches through CE of CENT, die gouge to mid-right upper leg of N on ONE, Reverse is EMDS.

Large date. The most difficult 1960D repunched mintmark to obtain, known only in EDS and MDS. Two small hooks protrude from the northwest corner of the mintmark.
