Obverse
A die scratch runs north from the 0 in the date. Die scratches in front of the neck and bowtie. A die crack runs NE from the top of the ear.
Reverse
Die scratches between the O in One and the base of the memorial building.
MDS markers
Obverse
A small die crack protrudes from the lower right corner of the E of LIBERTY. A very heavy die crack runs to the back of the head from the top of the ear. Another die crack shows in the center of the head.
Reverse
A die gouge shows at the rim above the TA of STATES. A heavy die dot shows to the left of the leg of the T of CENT. Reverse is LMDS.
