N-S die scratches through BERTY of LIBERTY; faint old horizontal die scratches through and below WE. Reverse
Strong N-S die scratches in most bays but strongest in bays 2, 4, 9, 10 & 11; strong mostly horizontal die scratches through EPU with one NE-SW diagonal crossing BUS; many haphazard horizontally orientated die scratches through ONE CENT; a die crack near the lower right memorial corner above the shrubbery.
