Die gouge in upper bay 1, die crack coming off of the upper right column into the roof. Note: this example had strong machine doubling on the Western edge of most devices.

Similar to many others for the date, this variety shows apparent extra columns in memorial bays 10 and 11 as well as lighter partial columns in bays 2 and 3 and possible a column in the field east of the memorial.
