Light die scratches prevalent in the memorial bays and under the memorial. Trails can be seen on the motto, on the memorial, and on CENT. Reverse is MDS.

A very unusual variety that shows extra thickness with very minor notching on BERTY, and a northeast shift on the 200 of the date. This die is coupled with 2004P-1DR-019, and is also a trails die.
