EDS markers
Obverse
Many small markers exist as shown in the images for this die, but most notably are a small but heavy die gouge extending southwest from the top left part of the T of LIBERTY. Additionally, another die gouge points ESE from the lower right corner of the N of IN. Obverse is EDS. Reverse
A number of markers exist, most notably a long die scratch points generally west from the bottom right corner of the M of UNUM. Also an awkward curved die scratch extends to the east from the center of the E of CENT.

Perhaps one of the most meaningful die varieties in the entire Lincoln cent series, this proof reverse die shows signs of the later 1909 reverse hubbed over the earlier 1909 reverse. Especially visible in UNITED STATES. Estimated mintage of only 180 coins.
