Obverse
A heavy E-W die scratch runs through the 197 of the date. SW-NE die scratches cover the obverse. Reverse
Moderate to heavy NW-SE die scratches cover most of the reverse. Die polishing obliterates the lower section of the roof on the left side of the memorial building. It appears this heavy polishing was an attempt to remove heavy clash marks. Reverse is EDS.
